A South Korean court has ruled that Apple did not infringe any of the three mobile patents Samsung, as alluding to the latter, and that the court will not take any decision to ban sales of older models of the iPhone and iPad .
Seoul-based court ruled that Apple products like the iPhone 4S and the iPhone 5 and iPad 2 have not infringed Samsung patents covering methods of displaying messages on the screen and some of the characteristics of the group, Reuters reports.
The judge said he would not have pajijseve Apple's ban on South Korean market and Samsung rejected demands for compensation from its rival Apple.
"We are pleased that the court has joined Korean other courts around the world, for the protection of innovation, and has rejected claims Samsung ridiculous," said Steve Park, Apple spokesman for South Korea.
